Because a nation can own assets in other nations including purchased lease rights for agricultural and other land uses, mineral and energy and even water rights. Factories, farms, oil rigs, mines, banks, real estate of any kind, port facilities and more all are (wealth) of economic influence. Those all and others I did not mention produce a Girls need to support girls shirt. Another thing is the military hardware and weapons exported, other than construction abroad equal huge billions of dollars in sales, often a sizeable bit of that is on credit. . (that too is an asset). Although most of these holdings are in other countries, some are in open seas. Fishing and oil mainly. Examples:. Canada mines gold in USA at times, left us a hell of a mess in Colorado that lead to a toxic mine spill. Lawsuits still in play. France buys land with aquifers and puts big pumps in to well up all the water it can to bottle up and sell us at a massive profit. It did so in Maine and other places where laws are weak and left local’s wells dry without warning. (They sneak in fast and then the damage is done).

But purely in terms of writing, the most impressive character to me is Col. Roy Mustang. Mustang is now my go-to example of a “good Slytherin” — a character who is defined by his ambition and cunning, and his ability to expertly manipulate anyone or any situation, but for the right reasons. He wants power not for its own sake, but because it’s the most practical way of improving his broken and corrupt country. He has such a firm grasp of his moral principles that he is (almost) never in danger of being corrupted. He also doesn’t view humans as pawns, and avoids casualties whenever possible. That makes his schemes both productive plot-wise and really fun. It’s damn useful to have a Chessmaster among the good guys, and a very rare sight — I loved the moments where Mustang was two steps ahead of everyone else and I just found myself thinking, “dammit, Mustang!” (Like when he uses reverse psychology to get Barry the Chopper to run into the Third Laboratory, thus giving his team a legitimate excuse to enter it.) And that’s all to say nothing of his epic flame alchemy, and the very satisfying way in which he unleashes it on the villains. Usually Magnificent Bastards like Mustang annoy the hell out of Girls need to support girls shirt, but I came to really love him.

Let me give you an example. You meet Ms. BPD. She is sooo alive, smiling and outgoing, unless you get a glimpse of her when she doesn’t think you are watching, then the darkness comes over her. But she will snap back when she sees you. You are her mirror (called mirroring). She sees herself in you now. Continuously shifting to meet what she thinks is your definition of the perfect mate. Even things she detests. You love to bike, she wants to bike, you love to dive, she wants to dive, you love to camp, she loves camping. No photos, no equipment, no memories. When you asked she either had them stolen or taken by a Girls need to support girls shirt boyfriend or husband.

Mexican – there is no such thing as Mexican compared to what I’ve had in California. I mean, I’m sure there is in Mexico, but Jersey? Florida? Nebraska? Not really. I mean, sometimes it can still be a dang good plate of Girls need to support girls shirt. It’s like California pizza. They put a premium on fresh locally-grown abundance of delicious produce out there, and often it makes a tasty meal – but only two (2) I ever came across in the State could make a slice of plain cheese pizza that was delicious. And it should be. Either the crust was off, the sauce was weird or the cheese was wrong – and mind-bogglingly, often all three. It got so I’d rave if they nailed one aspect (“AMAZING CRUST! Uh, I mean, like a mob wouldn’t run you out of business in Jersey, with this crust. If the sauce and cheese weren’t wrong). Yet again, California pizzerias can give you an amazing, delicious dish, and call it pizza. Apparently there are no regulations. Those are the ethnic cuisines that have most uplifted me in my life. I’ve sampled some others, but I still feel barely acquainted, not properly introduced. French was always inspired, more than traditional. That Afghan cuisine place was amazing, but it was all like some dream. Moroccan, African (different regions + fusion), Vietnamese, Korean, South American (AH! CAFE BRASIL), Scandinavian and I don’t know how many others, I have sampled, but feel I have yet to truly get to know. I mean, I don’t know how many times I went to Café Brasil on Mission St. in Santa Cruz, but if all you’ve ever had is the breakfast, can you say you know the food?
