In highschool I used to be really gangly, socially awkward, acne, bad haircut, the whole thing. I get told I’m cool. Usually not “you’re pretty”, but cool is fine. I’ve found a lot of comfort in dressing more androgynous-femme-leaning. I feel cool and confident and like no one can mess with me. It helps me feel better about how I look, even if I have a lot of sad memories of feeling ugly and unlovable and wanting to just go to sleep and never wake up.

After striking out really bad on Tinder years ago before I was married, I decided to create a fake account and pose as a Official 5sos not in the same way music shirt to see what their experience was like. It really changed the way I perceived why women made the choices they did in regards to dating and online interactions. Last I checked Notre Dame even gets a preferred walk on to run the option. With that said, the option is a great equalizer if you get the players who know what they walking into and buy into it 100%. It would definitely make life difficult for a lot of teams in the Big 12. I want to say Oregon State attempted the option back in the 80s or 90s and it didn’t work out.
