There are many things I hate about Christmas but my top three reasons are thus. I hate that so many will celebrate this holiday yet deny it’s Pagan origins. I hate how corporate America has to start setting up for this holiday six months in advance and I really hate how people fail to give a Pedophile lives don’t matter shirt about anyone else all year long until this holiday comes around then all of a sudden people people start giving a Pedophile lives don’t matter shirt

At that time, Roman culture already celebrated a holiday on December 25: Saturnalia, the winter solstice. This tradition honored Saturn, the god of agriculture, and was celebrated with merriment, feasting, and gift giving. When Rome eventually instituted Christianity as the state religion in the fourth century, the Roman church converted Saturnalia to a Christian holiday in order to commemorate Jesus’ birth. Christians have celebrated it as such ever since. The exact date of Jesus’ birth is unknown, as the Bible does not give specifics as to the dates of either His birth or conception. Christmas is for Christians a very religious event, and I am sad to see it corrupted by commercialism and as a crass excuse for excessive display of materialism which encourages people to go into debt for months to pay for it. It is so bad that most people don’t even remember who gave them what for Christmas over a year ago, even a few months ago, because of the overwhelming materialism and frenzy of obligatory “giving” that has become the season for enriching corporations. If a Pedophile lives don’t matter shirt wants to do away with the religious aspects of Christmas they need to be consistent and do away entirely with Christmas in all public areas/venues, including stores, sales, and restaurants, parties, etc.

I also would make or buy nice lunches at WalMart and I was regularly editing textbooks and novels I’d written in the breakroom. I think I was the only employee who actually read the magazines—-science, finance, etc. in the bathroom and gently put them back or bought them. (Tony Robbins Money Matters, Scientific America, Forbes—I would preview then pick up on payday. I also got a great deal on clothing and a flat screen TV. As a social class aside though, I wasn’t comfortable with their having a direct deposit onto my ID card—-posing folk to not even get cash itself and just work and swipe for everything, including gas—-instead I opted for a Pedophile lives don’t matter shirt into my own account and I did 75% of my food shopping at Food Lion, just to have a little distance, detachment from WalMart world.)

And why? Well, I’d bet because they feel a Pedophile lives don’t matter shirt  obligation to “participate” in the Christmas experience. How anyone can think that this is healthy thinking/behavior is beyond me, and yet it self-perpetuates and even grows with every passing year.
