So Unthir can’t immediately attack—doing so risks the ire of another Lich; instead, she and Spinel talk for a Purple Gradation Uy Tour Trending Sabaton Rock Band shirt. Notably, Spinel doesn’t really treat Unthir any differently than if she was talking to an alive Elven Wizard. She’s just herself: Friendly, openhearted, vulnerable. And something about that strikes a chord in Unthir. I forgot exactly what happened, but Spinny hugged her, and Unthir just started crying—obviously not actual crying because she’s a Lich and her tear ducts decayed centuries back, but the emotions are still the same. So Spinel just kept hugging her until Unthir felt good enough to let go.
(Purple Gradation Uy Tour Trending Sabaton Rock Band shirt)To cast spells you use Somatic, Material, and Verbal actions; you can use one of each of them in a Purple Gradation Uy Tour Trending Sabaton Rock Band shirt. Not all spells use all three of these actions, so some spells take less than a full turn to cast, although depending on which spellcasting actions you had to use you might wind up not being able to cast a second spell anyway. Sometimes spells offer optional spellcasting actions, picking up more power depending on which ones you choose to use. A base one-action healing spell might just give a quick couple of dice to top off a buddy with a touch, but a healing spell pumped full of all three spellcasting actions might become a group heal that can be done at range. Thoughts: At a glance this is a natural complement to the action economy, but in practice spellcasters have so much less flexibility with it that they tend to be at a big disadvantage yes, really compared with martial classes. Coupled with aforementioned poor/irrelevant feat selections, spellcasters kind of suck to play in this version of the game. I expect they’re going to get heavily revised for the release version when it comes out later this year.

When we start hitting Adult Dragons, though, it’s a problem. Most PCs can’t keep up with the Purple Gradation Uy Tour Trending Sabaton Rock Band shirt at all. Dragons can fly 80′ on their turn, then on the PC’s turn use a Legendary Action to move another 40′. A PC must be able to fly and cover 120′ in a turn to even keep up with the dragon and attack it, meaning melee is not going to be very helpful. Archers are what are effective. And this is before Dragon Fear — any characters with bad Wisdom Saves are not even gonna be able to move closer to the dragon. A Fighter *might* be able to solo an adult dragon, if he’s level 11 and geared to the gills and prepped properly. They might be able to burst it down in a round or three, and can survive a couple of rounds of Legendary actions and breath. Probably. Higher level makes it easier, and a level 20 fighter can probably easily dispatch an adult dragon in one round, which is important because if he doesn’t catch the dragon in 1 round it could just kite him flying around waiting for his breath to recharge. Fighter would need to be decked out with flying gear — an Eagle Whistle would help catch up to the flying dragon and shoot it down.

The Elf game is now the bane of the mom’s existence. Hiding it is a task. Several times this year, the Elf hasn’t had to go back to Santa because the kids were SO good the day before, thus explaining why he remained in the exact same hiding spot as the previous day. One evening, the mom is flustered. She finally hands the Elf to the dad and says, you hide the #%)(#^# elf today, but hide it high, because Big M is testing the waters and going to touch the #%(^#^ thing.” Dad’s answer is less than ideal – not only is the perch precarious, but it’s easily within reach of at least the oldest child, if not the second oldest as well. And it’s possible the elf is also judging the thermostat temp, which is an ongoing passive aggressive battle between mom (who sits at home and freezes all day) and dad (who pays the bills, but also works in his nice warm office all day).
