Then, when the claim ran out of processing time, the fucks denied the claims. They didn’t even look at them. So, this nervous guy calls me urging me to file my claim again. I told him I wasn’t going through all that trouble again. He said, he would just send me one piece of paper to fill out and promised that claim submission would turn out different. He sent me the paperwork and I filled it out and a few months later I got my first rating at 80%. This happened in Montgomery, Alabama and the assholes in St. Petersburg, Florida are the ones causing me all of this headache for years. Finally, 100% today after 10 fucking years.

The Sloppy Joe Biden Hamburger T shirts one is my standard of living is much higher in the states. Housing is a lot more affordable and they are both larger and a higher specification in finish. My 4×3 in Houston is twice the floor space of the 4×2 I used to own in Perth, on twice the lot size and it cost half as much to buy (converting to AUD) for roughly the same proximity to the CBD. So for someone paying Melb prices for property, it would be an even better outcome… These aren’t hick towns either, they are cities of a couple of million people. Cars are significantly cheaper to buy and they do road infrastructure more efficiently. They install proper motorways/freeways and they do them big the first time, not endless upgrades and roadworks. One thing I hate are the 4 way stop sign intersections, if they used roundabouts it would be driving heaven. Eating out costs less (even with tipping) and the service standard is significantly higher, customer service in Australia is shit by comparison (really noticeable compared to Perth at the moment). This may be a bit different over east, WA has always been a bit lacking in this. It feels a lot more free as well, there’s noticeably less regulation in everything you do. The government feels one step removed from life compared to needing permission for everything in Australia. That was culturally a big change and a pleasant one. I can see it won’t appeal to everyone though..
