But first a quick history- Roughly 10 yrs of Chronic idiopathic constipation. I found early on that fiber made it worse, I did a colonoscopy etc… pelvic floor therapy, SIBO and stool tests too, couldn’t find anything. So, just idiopathic. Hydro-C from the Fiber Menace guy worked, but tasted bad. Lactulose and most OTC meds I tried did not work. I didn’t take Linzess when the GI offered, because Miralax was working without side effects which I worried about with Linzess. I also tried 5htp as a supplement- based on the serotonin theory- it didn’t seem to make a difference- but that was a shot in the dark anyway. However I’m saying all that because now, I find Mag Citrate To be just as effective as Miralax, once I found the right brand. First I used Natural Calm (a powder) which would work for a bit then cause disaster pants with a lot of pain. I switched to a Mg Cit pill which didn’t work at all. I tried a different brand pill, combined with a liquid form- RNA reset’s ReMag, and am doing well on them for a month now, most days I have a mostly normal bowel (Bristol type 3-4) and no disasters and no cramps. Anyway I am assuming that since Magnesium is used by our bodies normally, while Miralax- PEG is basically a plastic, (which I heard also thins the guts mucus lining) that long term Mg is better. I wish someone had told me to try different brands of the stuff sooner. Just tacking my two cents on to your work! Thank you!

I’m so glad you guys don’t have to worry about that on too of Vancouver Canucks Skull Flower Ugly Christmas Ugly SweaterThis whole time I was thinking “How are they going to pay rent!” But TBH maybe setting up a GoFundMe for people who aren’t as lucky as you guys would be prudent. I know if my husband and I were in the same situation I don’t know if we would have a home to come back to. I was legit trying to figure out how to get you burgers and I’m not even from texas! This is such good news!! The best possible news would be for everyone to come out of this without any serious financial burdens. If the wishlists are the best way to help then you know we are going to do it. It’s constipation but with the Vancouver Canucks Skull Flower Ugly Christmas Ugly Sweater of extreme gas that doesn’t go away. The minute I eat it starts right away so these past few days i’ve been fasting all day at work so i don’t have to deal with the repercussions of eating and what it does to my body. When i do eat it also just feels like it’s sitting in my throat/chest.. so much so that i contemplate throwing it up so i can’t feel it sitting there anymore. It’s really great i’m loving life at the moment…I’m on welbutrin which is supposed to apparently help somehow with the brain stomach connection. It worked for about 6months i’d say and now im back to square 1 – which i dealt with for about 3-4 years prior.
